Reason for reporting: death evade by intentional timeout on low health + F1

Yes I was with Kakarot whole time, he was using F1. None of our bullets affected him that time.

You can see F1 attempts at: 10-11th second,

Evade at 30th Second.

Another F1 ATTEMPT AT 45-50th second.

Another F1 Attempt at 1:20 second.

He immediately stopped attempting F1 when I tried to afraid him by saying that I got the video.

Sorry for involving my self in this topic.
But,about timeout KakaroT has written,It's a problem in Pakistan. (K. will know that)
So,the problem is,that in Pakistan, there's a lot of load shedding( low electricity producing due to which the power is shutted down for a time about 1-2 hours) and yeah i had see him often disconnecting due to load shedding. So,it's not a death evade. Yeah,about f1 hack.what is that.?

Don't post if you're not involved, he joined game immediately after timeout and then we recorded his F1 further because we knew that he'll use it again. He was completely unhittable.

Timeout= I am having problem with ISP my pings bounce sometimes, and i timeout, and K. u better know that when i shot u with shotgun u fell, but i timed out? why? because my ISP disconnected, y would i Evade if u r fallen?
Due to pings spikes it happens.
Once Sevrin also kicked me.
I already told that ISP disconnects and reconnects after some minutes @K

What do you say about F1? You were completely unhittable. We shot you many times but you didn't get a single bullet damage.

We don't have enough time to post full video, this 2 minutes clip shows your F1 attempts clearly.

Stop lying with yourself, there are only 2 ways blocked to load .asi mods, you can load them with various ways. Video is showing clearly.

After a deep investigation, I'm banning =UFr=chernobyl for F1 & giving him a last warning to stop this crap, if next time after getting unbanned you do this shit again, I'll ban you permanently from EC. Your cousin/brother or was also caught & banned twice for this same F1 shit.
