Are admins allowed to ban players without proof or not?
You want us to record each and every one before any action?

No it's not needed unless we're gathering evidences in every action we make such as aimlock, f1 etc. which is only visible in our private boards for further investigation, though for moderators it is somehow recommended for them to record if they catch any rule breaker as it's one of the exaltation for us to know if he's eligible enough for promotion.

But i got banned under false accusation for aimlock usage without evidences by KillerX
And now i can't use m4/ruger in-game as if i'm aimlocker :'( although it's all my skillz

Aimlock has been widely used in the community lately by few notorious people, leaving us with no option to ban suspicious players. You can always post an UNBAN appeal, if you feel you have been wrongly banned by someone.
