The bug:On thijn webstats, if u check any warned player u will see that everybody has 0 warns

The webstats is not related to forum & it just to show stats related to ec's vcmp server, it's hosted by Thijn(same as server) while forum has its own warn system and hosted else where. Anyway, i've fixed it.
