Reason for reporting:impersonating XTM in Forum to svae his ass from reports + Evading His ban in forum

Extra notes:you Can see XTM. (Fake Profile) That he made ban appeal with name sweet, which he is Sheep+Trying to save his ass in My Report http://ec.vc-mp.co.uk/index.php?topic=8045.msg46709#msg46709 You can see XTM msg https://ibb.co/mQ5C4y i am fully sure that he edited the message because of same poor english, Perma Ban should be issued in Forum For Ban Evading+Impersonating+Saving his ass in my report.
