Instead of this, we should be able to send cash to our own account.
I don't remember why it was disabled.

Some players were registering fake accounts to get starting reward and send to real account.

Updated /givecash instead
- You are now allowed to give cash to your own account using /givecash
- You can use /givecash until you reach 300 kills.
