Suspected reason: Ban Evading to get access to M4 and Rugur

Why should we unban you ?: Because I didn't know about it that how the system works and that's not my fault I want to say, I just want to apologize that it will never happen again. I didn't knew about it so.
Extra note: Thanks for your love, you unbanned us for that update and unban me from M4 / Rugur plz.
