Fixed, it had something to do with UID. Anyway, i've done some changes in admin cmds & i think it should be fine now.

For admins,
- The !unwarn  cmd is also updated( now you can unwarn till the warn is 0, starting from the latest warn ), but it will not unban player if the player got banned for exceeding warn limit, you have to use !unban to remove the ban.
- If any of you had unwarned a player before this date and it's still not removed, you have to do it again..
