Sorry I Dont Have Any Rigid Evidence But Accordig To My Opinion Its Impossible To HeadShoot All The Time With One Bullet While Having 370 ping along with 30fps Cause I Have The Experience I Remain Under The List Of Top Ten Headshooters

he is using at all now its up to u either ur going to take a solid action against him or not But Being A Part Of that Particular Server "Ec" It Is My Responsible To Mark Out Those Who R The Wired... And Dont Even Forget He Recently Got Ban In Rtv For The Same Reason.

Since you dont have any solid evidences we cant do anything for now about RTV we are not going to ban someone on basis of other server bans.
