this STILL doesn't prove anything
as you can see in my video I checked /car zkq AFTER in my screen you fell in water( it said you were on foot).
you couldn't reach the land that fast (I showed the map, you reached land very fast

it was a clean lag from your or may be from his side, in your screen you were able to see the boat but actually it wasn't over there, he was already out of your laser range.
Glitches happens when you are lagging.

Could be a possible lag but still from my observation it really showed that you suppose to drown from that falling animation, will be investigated and decision will be announced after we concluded something.

After we conducted several testing, we have finally come to a conclusion that from what we have tested and from the video provided as we verified that it can be reproducible, it was a misapprehension from hunting and me as the handler of this case, as from our prior warnings regarding lag, if you see it that it spikes rather not indulge in any combat to avoid misunderstanding between lag and hack as it can be somehow confusing and confound it by mistake. Your ban has been lifted.
And also it's really a big help when you record from each sides to avoid misjudgment that's why I always ask to reproduce it.
