I dont think your given evidences are enough for taking a action against beyek anyways i will leave it to other admin

@Admins Rules are rules for everyone so he must have to be banned. There are many cases of this kinda Death evade where they got banned.
Now ban him too.

It's not a death evade.I'm recording video from bandicam. i don't know that my SDD drive full. and when someone kill me only that time my pc going to held.
i don't record that movement even i give example of my old video. It's all up to you Admin. I'm not fool guy who brake server rule. even i knew that if i break rule i got ban. so, i  beg you take right decision.

Yes we can say it's still evade but for me I don't see his intent in doing that, shit happens, happened to me, I already dealt with this situation and leaving them a warn as a precaution to avoid happening this again.

As for Beyek be careful next time I will leave it a warn for you since it's your first offence, if this happened again, a heavier punishment will be given.
