Title: ANONIMUL,Kakarot & KxZ have been permanently banned from EC

Due to the events occured recently, i've personally decided to ban ANONIMUL,[ON]KakaroT & [ON]KxZ. from the server.
They have been involved in the distribution of F1, wall hacks etc.
Here (http://ec.vcmp.co.uk/index.php?topic=745.msg5133#msg5133)'s the report regarding a player called ya_h who is ANONIMUL and was using wall hacks under alias.

Note: If we caught anyone else distributing any kind of hacks, they will be permanently banned from the server and forums aswell. We'll be having zero tolerance for the distributors of hacks.
