Title: Problem with my account.
Post by: Meth! on December 02, 2018, 05:50:37 am: Hi guys, I know I was inactive for some months, and probably I'll remain the same but sometimes I'd like to play, today I was trying to play in EC with my account VodKa. and I found out this account is not registered, I check out webstats in forum and I confirm this, the account is not registered. Is this a mistake or whats going on? Thank you :3

Post by: Human. on December 05, 2018, 09:17:25 pm: If you were inactive for more than 8 months before the upgrade to EC 2.1, you account is likely removed from the server. There's nothing i can or would do with that, it's automatically done by server without any exclusion and we dont keep old database for that long. Anyway, you can try looking for other possible nick names you had used just in case you forgot the exact name/transferred it..etc. Otherwise, there's no mistake, inactive and old accounts will get removed after 8 months..
