Common sense. Rules.
De facto it's abusing of server feature (cmd) for instant fix to prevent an explode of vehicle.
Bug/Script abuse: Any exploitation of script or server's features/bugs. For example, breaking into accounts, getting illegal cash or leveling up illegally by abusing the weaknesses in script or server features.

If you got it report him don't spam here. Coming to this report. All of the players who got reported have used /flip to gain advantage for the event.

If we didn't mention that /flip cmd cannot be used it doesn't mean you can use it. We already state it in the server rules so we no need to mention it again.

so why admin didn't take any action when we did it, If this is not allowed so why staff not give us warn during the event, why an ordinary man notice it and now you staff are here and showing us rules?

Admins don't have 24 hours to check everyone in game, We are not robots. We got works to do. That's why this report section is exist so players can report if admins are not around

Alright to settle this problem, I myself as well noticed that this bug was already exploited by the players, I was in undercover nick all the time to check the situation in which I see almost all players who participated used that command, since it's an event that doesn't happen quite often in which I WILL CONSIDER THIS REPORT and for the fun of many.
With my order as manager I will disregard this since we also had a mistake on our side with the lack of testing and it was an oversight on what happened.
