Okay, lets see the rules:

As you can see on the video, i did not switching between weapons and staying just in one place, just strafing a bit. So it cannot be a rocket glitch, i'am shooting with normal speed.

sorry i confused with the close range, its about the close range that im reporting. As you can see, he was on roof and rocketed me, after that killed me from the same place with his m4 or m60. I still have some frags from his gameplay there and in my video its proved that its close range
