The bug: santa skin can't be disabled with /spawnskin off

Santa skin is not part of normal 'buy skin' feature so /spawnskin cant be used to disable it.

Anyway, i've added a different command /delsantaskin to remove santa skin. It's just temporary command, santa skin will be removed after 9 or 10th Jan.
