actually i was doing laser fast scope for nearly players, which needs to look behind all the time when running, then 360 to the player's head/body. at this time i was looking behind and running forward to get a nice aim on his head, but unfortunately fall in water un-intentionally.
secondly check the logs, i made 5 spree on 2 guys(the reporter and his supporter) from really near range with Laser why would i evade ? if i can easily make spree with laser, just imagine i was having all other weps too in my spawn set, even i was having a nice HP, i was just playing for fun.
thirdly he already got assist kill.

calm down i was really busy working. well ban time decreased into 6 days.
