The entirety of you standing still, you blocked your own view with the texture of the wall, you never saw me because of it and that's why you died in one shot. On top of that your blurry/pixelated video isn't capable of showing anything clearly beyond 10 meters.

I can not see the video quite clear at the time where the shot has been made. Neither the name can be seen clear. It seems like you are standing near to the door and because of this bullet was able to hit you. Do you have any other video or some other evidence ?

Notes for persons involved( reporter/reported player ):
For HP hack report, screenshots will be only accepted if the reported player can be seen knocked down with a shotgun and getting up with same HP.
For death evade/command abuse, screenshots as evidence is not valid. Make sure your evidence is in type of video.
For speed hacks, only videos will be accepted as evidence.
The player tag in your evidence must be clear and readable, otherwise we cant take action.
Any statement without the support of evidence( photo/video ) wont be accepted and will be ignored.
You're neither able to backup any of your hack/glitch claims nor are able to see me with your shitty pixelated video.

Looking In the video, it can be seen that Noire shot through the glass of ammunation. The explanation provided with proof by brain to us of the building not being rendered correctly from the far distance is also valid.
The report was investigated and discussed among the staff. This thing has been known for long that sniper bullet passes through that glass of ammunation which is a VC-MP bug. Due to the rendering issue in noire's game, it was not seen properly. That's why, we have decided to issue a warning instead of ban to noire for abuse of VC-MP bug via sniper glitch even though mistakenly. We can not give such a chance.
@Brian , Kindly increase your draw distance to maximum from display in VC settings. It should atleast keep some things out of blurring at that distance. Because this rendering issue is not faced by us.
