Did he join back right after he got timed out ?

Yes he joined back later, I'm out from home these days so can't post video. Take down that timeout shit..
His nick is weird.

In the video what I can see is; he was heading towards [DUz]Tim_Raja to kill him and as soon as his anim changed to shooting, he got disconnected with server and it caused time out. In this situation, it does not seem to be a fake time out but a sudden internet or power cut. However, He We will keep an eye over him. If he is found guilty, He will be punished.
As far as the name is concerned; He is found discriminating other players as well. Considering it as an offense, he has been banned for 24 hours. Because, He always joins with different nicknames. Thus, warning will not get any major effect.
