Reason for reporting:death evade via drown

Sorry for posting here, as oreo's forum account is not yet approved, so on behalf of him.
seems not his mistake the level of the ground and the fence is little imbalanced here, he just jumped at the car which disappeared in a while and the animation of falling down changed to unintentional evade as the fence is little lower than the anti-fall level.
tip: watch the video in slow mode the animation of him dropping wasn't same as jumping, its falling animation there.

@MAD_K!LL3R your counter argument is really void, there's no relevance to it, it is clear he jumped with his intention and I don't see it as an accident and the fence were solid unlike in your evidence there's no collision in it which is a different story. He was running towards the water not behind so I don't think it was unintentionally done.

I am very sorry for posting here but I have something to add:
why would "oreocake" evade and his bar is full of health? he didn't get shot and is not overwhelmed as well, it is just a 1v1 fight.
Here is what I think: oreocake tried to get above the fence( for some reason ) but he unintentionally over jumped, thus making him drown, other than that, evading in such scenario doesn't make sense.

Seems like someone got the car by typing /getcar [id] or such, I don't know.
I can assure you that it wasn't a death evade.

That resulted as in such, even though that wasn't my intention to do that.

Here's the video after his drown.Sorry for the bad quality but it was harder for me to upload video in full quality so , i just compressed the video and increased it's speed.He said he did spawn but in the video he did not which proves that he's lying and he's been lying in this report since start

However, Aaron I didn't death evade. Why would I? He's making a mountain out of a moehill. I cleared, explicated, explained my inner thoughts I had within doing that, and there were no intentions of me death evading, with a full bar of health, and still I'd make an excuse for him to not fight me and "straightly" jump into the water, that wouldn't make sense. I won't stretch this out. And I'd really like for you to make a decision that'd come in handy.

As i said already that you wanted to get rid of fight and just drowned yourself but you lied that you didn't want to get rid of fight and you said that you spawned spawned but when we caught your that lie then now you are making new lies just to save yourself, better stop lying and accept your mistake

@Iffy how come you didn't spawned right away after upon drowning yourself? and you stated you spawned right after? but the video says it all that you didn't.
And for the health bar, it doesn't matter if its full or not, once you escaping death in a middle of a duel, it is still considered. Just rather surrender yourself and let them kill you.

It's all about death evade, cause that's considered as it is right? I don't have any proof for that, but no one's listening as well, as I stated I didn't, I've been playing here for about a time and I like this server, why would I be innocent and all bro?
@Aaron I would've surrender myself atm and stopped there to get attacked if i was in a middle of something or I didn't want him to hit me. At the very moment, why would I decide to jump into the water? If you even slow down the video as @Vechec has shown, it might seem a bit awkward cause I straightly go into the water, but it wasn't my intention you can see when I jump on the car, it looks like I jump afterwards, but that's not the case
