Date it happened: after some updates
The bug:
First server is desyncing so badly when player count gets more than 10 or may be more, everyone in call gets the delay at a same time may be its hosting or whatever look into it.
Second seems likes ping/fps kick system is broken it never kicks even ping spike to 1200, happened with me and seen others playing with 800 ping and players today were also playing with 13 fps without getting kicked.
Extra notes: look in to it i can provide logs of playing with 1200 and todays 13 fps player

Yes, I've been noticing since I had the bad ping last night. The server wasn't kicking me, not even a warn.

What was your 'avg ping' in /ping cmd ?

Yup he's right today I was having 800+ ping due to some ptcl issues and I was not getting kicked by server I also have log of my ping that time.

Also another bug when you have less than 10 ecds server doesn't let you to gotoloc or goto. It should be 2 ecds or 1. That's not good, it says "You should atleast have 10 ecds to use gotoloc"

oh, i havent checked the bug yet. I just rewrote timer script to reduce the lag, well..apparently that was the cause. Anyway, is the server still lagging ?
About gotoloc and gotoloc2, the cost depends on how far you travel. It probably became 10 ECD because your destination is quite far from you. Read script change log for the list of updates: https://ec.vc-mp.co.uk/index.php?topic=5406.msg54684#msg54684

oh, i havent checked the bug yet. I just rewrote timer script to reduce the lag, well..apparently that was the cause. Anyway, is the server still lagging ?
limit kick is working, but desync is still there

Yea, it's just an addition for your bug report as evidence but it is not really necessary because you already made it clear that the server is lagging. I need to know exactly whether it's still happening now, whether it's happening less than before and if possible, the exact events/anything that's happened when the server lags or it lags all the time ?
Btw, keep it in one topic so it will be easier for everyone to look..

i didn't played EC from last some days, it will be better if someone else to confirm, otherwise make it solved if the problem persists i will simply make another topic/ just PM you.

seems the server was still lagging even after you wanted a confirmation of your fix.
more over i am not sure if that lag was from killerx side or from server.

I did realize about the date and i did pushed another update soon after the report (12 april) and few days after. I needed to know the latest server status, whether it's still lagging or not and whether it's less lagging compared to before. It's important to give direct and detailed answer to the questions. I dont really have much time to check after each fix, besides i still dont have much info about the cause, so i just push possible solution to the problem by improving the codes from time to time.
Edit(21/4/2019): Marked as solved as no complaint is recieved after the last fix. If it's still happening, post new report with detailed explanation( such as how many players, is there any running event or anything that could be useful to find the cause of the problem ).
