Explanation: An action which is done for increasing one's stats without engaging in real combat such as giving other players a continuous chance to kill you, making his stats better. Both side will be punished.

Did they engage combat with you? They are not. I warned you ingame but didn't listened to me and kept doing the same and what do you expect? Same goes to lionda and heat. You guys don't want listen to me.

Weren't they had chance to kill us? And there is written "both side will be punished" so why not ban those newbies? Huh?

To sort things out, we won't punish newbies IF THEY ARE, we are well accustomed to analyze the situation if they unfamiliar on the ground play, from what I see on the video he is camping and he'll get warned for this.
For clarification punishing both side is when both of them are involved in the said rule with their intent in doing that, newbies are not included, we have alias system so we may know whether he may be new or not.
