Again, you have to answer what decent is asking you, if you don't put effort in your appeal, so do we.

Looks like he was having issues in speaking English. He contacted me on discord. We somehow settled as he said he won't' be doing it again. I'm giving him a chance. But, remember, if ever you are found repeating this action, the punishment would be double.
