i faced a prob with drones killed by drone 3 times on road with out shooting them drone come on roads and hit with player and  explode

Someone probably released a drone on you, you can avail drones where they can attack players that can be only bought at the toolshop.

Yes you can buy the drone from tool shop, mall and attack any player.
