From my experience this looks over 24 metres, but I'll give you a chance to prove me wrong. If you can provide the evidence that his kill is under 24 metres then I'll take action, otherwise this is going to get denied. You have 24 hours.

PS. don't fade out the moment the kill registers to hide any evidence
