i don't see any kind of hacks in your video. i need 3 min video otherwise i will deny it.

buddy, when i Hit him, he stand's up fast, what's it mean, this is hk or what?

I faced this problem before when I fast switching and shooting a player lay in the ground fast in my screen i shoot him but in his screen i didn't shoot him. It is common bug in this game. Anyway I will keep an eye on him, because your proof is not clear enough whether he is hacking or not.

So next time please provide a proof I mean video like 3 min.
