Well, this one's used for preventing pakistani players fail to get their assigned spawnloc. Myself,personally,don' t really see any other way of making a proper spawnloc system ( if not reverting back to 0.3 server who had a proper spawnloc system, which is impossible)

i think this system is good, it buys us some time before the opponent spawns on his /lastpos.

i think this system is good, it buys us some time before the opponent spawns on his /lastpos.
I understand how it is beneficial (sort of) since it should reduce spawnkilling but in reality it doesn't, it's a very annoying system. Especially for the people who use a spawnloc.
But for the killer it doesn't really buy any time since they spawn back in less than a second anyway, there's no big difference compared to the last system.
I rather prefer instantaneous spawns than some bs teleport that fucks up people's attempts to immediately TP away after spawn.
And not to mention the amount of morons that just spawnkill you with a chainsaw at a random spawnloc before you even get teleported to the desired location you set.

The reason it was added already explained by Hunting. Some players( not just pakistani ) faced problem with teleportation on spawn( e.g. dieloc, spawnpos, duel and anything that require server to teleport them after spawn ), they simply dont get teleported to the position as set by server. So the update was done to solve the problem by delaying the teleport. I dont think if there any other way to solve it in vcmp 0.4, it was fine in 0.3. So if we pull back the update, the players that faced the problem cant use spawnloc, diepos, or team up with other, it's quite unfair for them..

Some times server take 50$ and don't teleport us to our last position what's the matter, is it due to Update vcmp 0.4 ?

It's because of teleport problem, the player dont get to the pos set by server( if it's set right after spawn, so i delay it by 1 sec ). It was fine in 0.3 so i believe it's vcmp 0.4 problem. Anyway, do you still face it after the update ?

Edit:
I've done a few updates to script that might solve the problem.
It will be in server after next restart, probably tomorrow.
