Those graffitis were added for old clans whom are regular users of ec.
The clans you mentioned are relatively new and only very few members of those clans playing ec.

Server Suggestions / Re: Remove chainsaw drop feature and let it be included in spawnweps.

Chainsaw was not removed due to its powerfull nature and now opposing the suggestion for something like that is quite foolish thinking, there were other reasons which led us to this situation we are currently in.
There was a suggestion to remove the chainsaw because everyone was abusing chainsaw bug as far as i know and then aaron came up with the idea of getting it to the ammu for minimising the use of chainsaw and that will minimise the bug abuse aswell.
Thats what i understood from decision of staff in that time(https://ec.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=7067.0)
However its been a long and i am not actively checking vcmp progress and its recent details so i dont know whether chainsaw bug was fixed or not if it is fixed now then i dont see any reason of not having it in /wep command for free.
+1 and remove rocket limit per spawn aswell. Thanks

Can you please report players without your personal hate towards them?they were already fighting there and hazard all of sudden started running and came out with rpg and practice123 was already following him and he could see in map aswell therefore the report is valid that way every second player will start spamming rpg from his loc and if someone try to come close towards him he will kill them with rpg with this excuse.
I have written it above will write again, practice123 ran into his rpg. What's big deal? Embarrassing yourself tho

You cant reject the report with silly reasons like we are giving "RELIEF" if one has broke the rules he should be punished i dont see any change in rules with update of "RELIEF" to rule breakers.

Reason for report:: incompetence. Rejecting a report with clear evidence of close range and ignoring the fact that hazard was running and using rockets and running again and practice123 was chasing him at that momemt and hazard could see him clearly in map that he is heading towards him which is visible in video, which proves it was done intentionally.
Even if it was unintentional he cant escape from report by saying that i didnt see him because using rockets in a loc like bf with many players around there is always risk for close range it was his responsibility to take care.

I would have considered your argument if practice123 had spawn all of sudden but thats not the case here and he ran away from practice123 and started shooting while practice123 was chasing him.
If he had to use rockets in close combat where chances of close range increases he should have used it carefully and he can see clearly on map someone heading towards him but still he was using rockets and it was done intentionally and punishable.
Kindly stay away from this report if you dont have enough experience to handle a simple report.
