Kill Assist already gives false positive many times in various different situations,not just CR, even if the player wasn't an "opponent" we might (mistakenly) get Kill Assist if they fall, drown, burn , explode etc . That was my point.Scripts can't perfectly detect this, Look at the kill assist system, that basically does the same thing but doesn't progress sprees, and as PaiN pointed out there is a high chance of false positive.CR is a complete new topic, why are you putting it here? A player can be reported for RPG-CR and here I'm talking about something else.
I would say the kill assist system that we already have is good enough.

Scripts can't perfectly detect this, Look at the kill assist system, that basically does the same thing but doesn't progress sprees, and as PaiN pointed out there is a high chance of false positive.

I have to agree with @Zkq , the server has low player count. With the addition of this feature, the server will be divided and regular players whose only goal is to fight will loose interest in playing.
As for the arguments of /duel and minigames, those are timed events, they will end in few minutes of starting. If you also add timing to the said feature then it might work but you won't be able to practice in 10 minutes or so and it will be like an "event" rather than being "practice"

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) Server
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can):
1) Disallow player from equipping a tool type weapon (ex: chainsaw) from their inventory if they already have that weapon.
If I have a chainsaw in inventory and a chainsaw in hand and when I type /usewep chainsaw , the chainsaw that was already with me just goes to waste.
2) Adding command to be able to delete weapons from inventory.
I suggest adding /delinvwep <weapon> <ammo amount/all> <confirm> to delete weps.
