As we unfold to another year, we welcome 2023 into our lives with new beginnings. I would like to take this opportunity once again to the staff team of EC from discord moderator up to the management, for their continuous dedication in serving our community throughout the year, I commend you all for that feeling of community when teamwork is indispensable to achieve a common goal to sustain orderly in our community. @Human. @DiaZ @BliTz @Broly @GoRcEE @LumberJacK @Lederhos @SanaullaH @Nyon @Danish. @KILLERX [discord mod] big kudos to these people.
I would like to extend as well my personal and sincere gratitude to the people of EC for their relentless support, for without you people, this server wouldn't even stay for this much long, your presence reassures us of your untiring support to EC which making us committed to work even harder, and for the donators, really appreciate it, a big thank you.
And as we step to a new year, take a pause to discern on what we had in 2022. Let the good memories inspire us to leap into this year of 2023, clothed with enthusiasm for our work working together as a vcmp community.
For those who wonder about my inactivity, 2022 was really tough for me for personal reasons, some of the staff team knows my struggle and still I am recovering for all the challenges I face, from my house affected by flood and my job as a medical frontliner. I sincerely apologize for the stagnant progress of the server. I won't make my speech lengthy, but again from the bottom of my heart a big thank you, for all the understanding and love you show to the server. We'll be announcing the year end awards within this week, the team is still finalizing the results.
To the loyal gamers of EC, DarkWolf and Stylish, we love you guys, you'll always be a part of the community, it may not be physically but spiritually as guardian angels.
Once again, a prosperous new year to everyone! Cheers!!!

Thank you [SCO]Hanney for dropping a donation, in-game benefits will be given right away, pardon for the delay, and as for this moment I can't still set the donator perks into your account due to the bot seems to appear not responding with the commands. Rest assured it will be given right away once it comes back online and functioning.

VC:MP Server / Announcement Minor adjustment to the rules

Greetings!
We are here to announce to some changes to our rules, which others we have to lighten up a bit and to create a concrete regulation in terms of muting players that they tend to bypass to this said rule and that creates exploit.
• Shun system – This is yet to be implemented soon, if our developer comes back, we’d like to inform everyone that in the future, we are to remove this shunning system, and the /ignore will be removed, as we will continue to use the mute system that completely mute them if they violate any rule (toxicity, racism, abuses etc.)
It’s been a problem about this wall glitching deaths to molotovs and grenades (inside ammunition, inside diaz mansion and other related enclosed spaces) that results to various reports of said death evading without their intent of doing so.
• From this we are to soften out this rule that admins can be taken into consideration if they see of no intent from dying to their own grenade/mollies. But it will still be case to case basis, if the evidence provided from the reporter that evading death was intentionally done, a punishment can still be given to the violator.
• An update will be added soon about giving points to the last player who gave damage even if the player died from his own grenade/mollies to suffice the point that he supposed to get.
This was also one of the concern raised by the staff about false reporting regarding pausing mid-combat, and again we are giving more air to breathe on this rule.
• Unintentional pausing can be taken into consideration upon the decision of the admin and no punishment will be given, however if there the intention of doing it, still punishment is still valid and counted as death evade mid combat.
• Again, it’s for the admins discretion whether it is a valid evade or not.

I'd like to take a moment to thank my staff team for their continuous support and dedication to the community, words can't express how much I'm thankful [ @GoRcEE @SanaullaH @cool3 @LumberJacK @Danish. @DiaZ @Broly @Nyon @BliTz ] and to our discord moderators @killerx @Haziel, without them, it'll be difficult to sustain EC and perhaps it won't even survive up to this day without them, and as you might all notice that this year my presence in EC specifically, is very minimal, due to my personal life (a job as a medical front liner) and in all honesty, it is really hard in my part to balance between managing EC and my job, it is indeed draining mentally and physically, but all is good. Also to Human, I appreciate the time you give for the server despite being busy, listening players concern and checking the servers condition from time to time, again, A big thank you to this guy until now he give his relentless support and rendering his time to keep the server smoothly running.
Also for the whole community, I wish you all good health and your family, and I expressing my gratitude to each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart. Aside from that I look forward seeing you all doing great things in life and accomplishing something you desire in the upcoming years.
Also to @GoRcEE, the new comer, thank you for helping tallying and organizing the year end wards, your precious time rendered here is highly appreciated!
And let us not forget our beloved players who passed away, may their soul grant them peace!
