Rocket glitching was a term used in 0.3z. It is defined as ghosting a rocket shot, so that the rocketeer doesn't see the explosion himself, but it damages others. This is not possible in 0.4, since all projectiles are sync'ed server side. I did not rocket glitch or intended to do it.

Fast switching is defined as the process of:
> Shooting a heavy weapon.
> Switching to a sprint-able weapon.
> Switching to the heavy weapon.
> Shooting the heavy weapon.

This shoot and move technique when done fast enough, is called fast-switching.
I never performed steps 3 and 4 above. I shot only one rocket and then shot with ingrams, so you can't relatively measure the time between my two successive RPGs(because the 2nd shot doesn't exist). I did not fast switch with RPG or intended to do it.

Agreed.

With higher HP, M60's efficiency is reduced. So, it kind of tipped the balance more towards M4 users. It becomes frustrating when we have to hit 4-5 bullets on heavy lagging targets which ruins the flow of the quick fragging game.

I think there should be a concrete line between "Death Evading" and "Discrediting a kill".

A guy falls off a roof or explodes himself is discrediting a kill. Technically, it is different from death evading because the person died.
Death evading is defined as evading death by using a command(/q or any teleport) to avoid death. The key difference is if the person is dead or not.

So, they are two different offences which should have different punishments.

Discrediting a kill, in my opinion is no offence at all and might as well be allowed. If not, the punishment should be much lighter than death evading. It sometimes happens in the heat of the battle and it is really inconvenient to play with so much conscience considering the amount of rEp0rT whoring that happens here.

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) Server

I think heli-blade damage should be removed - SetHeliBladeDamageDisabled(true); This was introduced in a recent VCMP update.
Players won't die when someone attacks them with blades, so the rule which disallows heli-killing might as well be removed.

In my opinion, Heli-Killing was a perfect counter against roofers and balanced the gameplay. Without heli-killing, it is too easy to camp on a roof with a sniper and spawnkill anyone who teleports to your rooftop. If HeliBlade Damage is disabled, we would still be able to knock the roofer down from the roof by ramming with a heli.
