Reason for report: First I reported fulton for using lag tool and the report was denied by diaz without any reason and when I reported diaz because he didn't give any reason to deny my report against fulton, It was also denied by cool3 and I am 100% sure that he denied it because i made a spree ( ) on him he kept saying me glitcher I told him that  "in rel006 there are no glitches, you don.t know what is a glitch" and also see his words in my report against Diaz, It can be clearly seen that he is trying to revenge by denying the report.

Let me clear few things:
- Your last report against Fulton was not legit/insufficient evidence to prove it was lag tool, so Diaz denied it. Then, you made admin report against Diaz for rejecting your report, so cool3 denied the admin report since the action by Diaz was not against any admin rules. I dont see any wrong doing of cool3 nor Diaz in the above situations.

About video of 'lag tool', i was told the hack itself could cause other players to appear lagging. I still cant confirm it but if it's true, admins will have to look further into both reporter and reported players in case of report against such hack. Anyone caught using hack & fake reports will be given heaviest punishment. We will have further discussion among managements.
