Upon our discussion with the higher level and to deduce with your justification we decided to unban you two in correlation with the evidence that is in lack for the admins involved. However they won't be reprimanded nor punishment to be imposed since it is upon the approval of the staff. They won't to be blamed as it somehow alerted them that with a high certain spree that suspected to be a stats padding case and with the precautionary measures of the admins it was decided the proceed the ban.

With reviewing all the evidences provided, again, the management decided to lift the ban.
