Danish im really sorry for comment here but Kakachi and Sasuke are both evaders you can ask to players and they will say the truth
Sasuke evaded me alot of times in duels i no recorded because i have bad pc but no trust on him
And same thing with this kakachi

I Don't think you had any pc problem i saw several reports of you regarding evades and you were on my watchlist and i just wait for the right time to do it.
Now you had to wait for the ban time to expire.
