EC Dry Run ( No teleportation / No diepos )

Announcement

We'd like to announce to our community members that we will be conducting a dry run which means a preliminary testing that we will disable teleportation and diepos, as for now. We'll be observing how it will go as a result with this being implemented for the meantime during the test, though aside from that we will also enable heli killing feature for all to be utilized.

This said implementation will be taken into effect this day 25th of August.
