Firstly he isn't Jizzy.. create a new report.

Also you should've posted the full video where he evaded, it is showing that his message "xd" was shown in black skin which is under protection, not spawned.

However if you still have the full video then create a new report, although Jizzy is warned for using NK tag.

I will ask him to remove the tag if he hasn't.
