After considering the player did insult him but you didnt include it in the report, that changed my view quite a bit on the report since it cleared that action taken was not entirely based on 'luck of shits' alone but also due to what happened before that. It seems like the player intentionally provoked him using general words to get his reactions.
Even though, Hazard, you should have handled it better. You had the right to mute him when he insulted you, but you chose not to take action & only gave him verbal warn instead. But later, you muted him for words that barely can be considered provokative that may or may not meant for you. Be careful next time, do not repeat same mistake.
