you should see this animation "the guy who called choppcosin as you see he was felling in the ground and than standing still in his place for certain moment of time and than returned back like he alt tab again"

Yeah. But the guy rexona, I think he did alt+tab and return to the game quickly so that it won't become a pure pause evade like chopcousin did. Rexona evaded like a pro. I don't think it was a packet loss issue. He was getting killed very often. Only 2 times strange thing occured.
Is this  called packet loss issue?

"alt tab fast or slow " you will see stand still animation in your screen this is called pausing, but this case it is packetloss and dsync issues because of your connection problem "like jttr problem and ping spikes" and probably your pc issue also.
