Unbanned [SanaUllah banned our UID] Victim of brother's foolishness

Why should we unban you ?: TBH I wasn't expecting this from my brother whom I allow to play from my PC whenever I am busy studying etc. He committed a rule-break by d-evading. The admin who banned (Sanaullah) probably banned our UID and I am facing consequences of my brother's fault.
Extra note: Let me get the facts straight here. We have two PCs in our room. I mostly allow my youngest brother to play from mine when I am not using it. He used to play the game for fun in the beginning but eventually d-evaded atlast and that caused me to encrypt my PC with a password after today's incident. I can assure that I will try my best not to let anyone else except myself to play from it anymore. Also,to state that I love to play VC:MP but stopped taking it so seriously that I would commit such miserable acts for just a multiplayer mod. This is all I can use as my self defense and I hope you would trust me.

Also, I use that nick and Mannan often as my underalias cuz I am too lazy to create another one whenever I feel like going under-alias most of the time. But mostly my brother plays from it.

Well, It is a bit complicated situation. Even If It was your brother who broke the server rule, He deserves to be punished another query is we can not confirm that It was really your brother or you yourself - As you usually play with random nicks. Therefore, We can not unban your UID because If we do your brother would also be unbanned as If he was never punished.

The least I could do is reduce your ban time. I'll wait for your reply and make my final decision.

But this will make it look like that I broke a rule and am suffering it's consequences whereas I did nothing that went against the server rules nor have such intentions to get myself recalled as a rule breaker in EC. No one would like to even think of it and you are giving me an offer to reduce the ban as If I had a part to play in it.

idk what to do more since you have stated EC's limitations as a reasoning that I will face the ban of my brother and don't agree with that, even 1 minute. I hope a suitable solution can be made since I already faced 2 days more or less of punishment for the thing which I never did.
My brother deserves the punishment for his foul act. I already passworded my PC suddenly after the incident and I strictly moderate it to prevent any similar cases to happen in the future. Bad fortune is I can't provide a proof which causes you guys to make up false assumptions which anyone at your place will think as you guys are doing right now.
But reasoning is just a combination of words without the backup of proofs, and I can't do anything to free myself from this situation. I still hope a way will come out that will help you guys to make a just verdict.
