I will add this extra information because i know you dont know about this but when players get timeout its bcz they had a problem with his connection like in this case , they cant be punished for a problem connection https://ec.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=11185.0

It is just a normal time out, and the server yesterday was under DDoS by someone which causes time out (I myself got a timeout connection because of those lifeless).
