Reason for report:: incompetence. Rejecting a report with clear evidence of close range and ignoring the fact that hazard was running and using rockets and running again and practice123 was chasing him at that momemt and hazard could see him clearly in map that he is heading towards him which is visible in video, which proves it was done intentionally.

Even if it was unintentional he cant escape from report by saying that i didnt see him because using rockets in a loc like bf with many players around there is always risk for close range it was his responsibility to take care.

Extra notes:I would like to request to re-handle that report for correction and train the admin if that's happened due to incompetence but if its his bias then you guys know better what to do.

I tried to explain in second report since i thought he might have misunderstood the situation but outcome was same so i am here.

Note: i would love if cool3 stay away from this report sincei have serious concerns about his administration and due to that i will have to report him aswell if he rejected this report.

Outcome would be same if you report with same evidence that was solved before. How can you say it was intentional? Hazard's aim was straight on "Thunder_Bird" or whoever that pink was in front of him.

- Why would I be bias here? I do what I see, we staff do what we feel right.
- I don't see any kind of intention by Hazard to kill anyone from close range. His rockets were hitting the other side of the map to that pink. Practice123 shows up to his rockets in other words its called "Ran in his RPG". There's no intentional rule break.

We are having relief on rules. Punishing anyone for silly reasons will now be decreased, y'all gotta report with valid evidence. I asked you to open up new report IF you have additional evidence. The second deny was straight forward because your proof wasn't valid enough to punish him and again with no addition in it.

You cant reject the report with silly reasons like we are giving "RELIEF" if one has broke the rules he should be punished i dont see any change in rules with update of "RELIEF" to rule breakers.

i wont reply after that any member from management can re-handle report.

they were already fighting there and hazard all of sudden started running and came out with rpg and practice123 was already following him and he could see in map aswell therefore the report is valid  that way every second player will start spamming rpg from his loc and if someone try to come close towards him he will kill them with rpg with this excuse.

Inst not first time when gorcee is being biased, basically gorcee is biased all time on EC forum and EC discord, just check this topic when a player reported "hazard" and gorcee immediately denied the report, moments later the same player made another post where gorcee was biased and this time gorcee verified the evidence, basically gorcee never see the evidence he just deny or accept reports depends if its his friend or not.
When gorco thought he could be biased and no one couldnt do nothing.

btw hazard have a lot of reports for CR idk why admins continue denying the reports, hazard should be perma banned from that weapon.

Its hazard's fault because he was using rockets when a lot of enemies was in close range to him

idk who accepted him as admin, but 70% of vcmp community think gorcee isnt ready for this rank for his toxic behavior and biased actions

I watched the video in the report. In the video it shows that Hazard was aiming the guy on far right and he is not intended to kill practice123. It seems hazard didn't expect that practice123 will cross the rocket path. Hazard is an old player and he well aware about server rules.

As an admin I will deny the report as well because it's not done intentionally and he didn't repeat the same mistake again so I don't see any mistake from Gorcee decision for the report. In future if hazard caught doing the same mistake you can report him.
