I didn't record the full video, I just started the recorder when he fell into the water..

But there's a trick from which you can imagine yourself if its an evade or not.. We both were present on that place, he fell into the water while fighting with me.. Even if it's intentional or not, he must be careful enough to not do these foolish acts.

The decision has been changed due to a change in the rules. For now, I am giving him a warning if we found doing it again then the action will be taken
