Reason for reporting:Evade in duel + lagging to win ( you will see in video )
Evidence:(Screenshots, videos..etc)

Possible lag tools usage: 28:16 till the end of the video ( see how easy he was to hit when we started dueling and when he was close to lose he suddenly was unhitable. I suggest looking into it. Also sync worked perfectly so he can't blame the server, neither I)
Also today was very easy to hit ( he didn't knew it's me until i did 4 kills on him then he said hi em

I request admins to give me back my 7k ecd since my internet restarted and it recovered in 3 minutes..
I suggest adding him to the watchlist since it's not the first time he uses lag tools
Extra notes: I saw this type of lag only on Aurora's external lag tools ( it's simple you install in gta vc press f12 choose the ammount of ping/jitter you want and boom, you're a laggot ) I won't give any links because i don't promote using such tools but if EC staff needs a demonstration i'll gladly show them.
Also he's already on the watchlist, but nothing happend to him.

One thing is certain about the lag. EC has a bad sync issue right now, and it needs a few updates to be fixed. In addition, I notice he has jitters there, and that's probably due to his internet instability, but you have no proof he has these lags on other occasions. The ping spike could be the cause, the most common cause of mess is bad sync and high jitters. There are no evades there, so make sure you mention them in the new report.

We can't refund the 7k ECDS that you lost when your internet went off. It's neither his problem nor the staff's. It's not advisable to go for duel at first point if you don't have stable internet, Hazard wins with more points there (14-7), and ECDs cannot be recovered.
In this case, I deny the report. If you have additional evidence, create a new report.
