Extra notes:Hi. Well,cool3 and Tic aka MorFin were dueling. I was there. I just shot cool3 by m60.Then,Tic ran for me. I admit that I did /q. But, it was done by a very far distance about 30-40 meters.Then,he kicked me for fake evading.  I know that one kick is enough for the player. But,he's kicking me again and again as I join the server.It's not a bad thing.? You'll know that one kick is enough for the player to learn a lesson,but he's kicking me like hell.

 Well what he did is totally right, he couldn't ban you as he is a moderator and he was kicking you to be banned. For this, I will let it to Aaron but I am going to ban you for death evade. Where is the evidence? Huh, you yourself admitted it.

What he's trying to do is enforce a punishment above his level.
Technically not wrong since it's a banable offense you did, but there's a reason why he's a moderator and not an administrator to enforce said punishment (to be clear, he wanted you banned).
What he should have done is kick you and then report you on the forum.

Well. I think you didn't read the description above what I stated. Class aka Vatan was there and he's the witness also for this thing. You can ask him also.And yeah, as I said,one kick is enough. Then,why the hell he was kicking me again and again. He kicked me when I was giving my statement. I either didn't spawn. He did that shit to me about to 3-4 times. About against Cool3, its clear he kicked you because he wanted to ban you but as he's a moderator, he cannot ban players. So this is the actual reason of kicking you 3-4 times, for instance, he didn't want you to play as you evaded & he was like keep kicking you until an admin bans you. Cool3 have a clear point & you too but the way it worked, it shouldn't so technically it's like Solving the issue process not demoting or warning. These are my thoughts, waiting for Aaron.

Seriously? You're well aware of rules & just for getting killed once, you death evaded which is against rules. I already decreased your ban time even knowing that you're an old player. If you keep saying about mistakes, if this goes like that "i did a mistake" is not a valid reason. this is "I did a mistake & I'll learn a lesson" & how you'll learn is for getting banned. So, this will recall your memory when you'll try to do it next time & you won't do it as you learned it. If you won't be kicked multiple times & then a ban(unban on request IF) then who knows you'll do it again. Its clear dude, try to understand it.

I got your point Sevrin. But,tell me one thing. Why the fuck he was kicking me again and again. He thought that I would do that shit again.? Does he know me either.? Old players if do a mistake like this and get kicked or banned,they would not do that shit again. Just an example. What does kicking again and again makes sense.? If you there,as a moderator ( example), you kick me for that shit ok. But you wont kick me again and again. Then why the hell cool3 started me to kick again again. It's either doesn't make any sense.

Let's make it more simple.

He didn't wanted you to play in server because at that time, you death evaded & what was in his mind is that you may do it again so that's why he started kicking you again & again so that you can't play & any level 5+ admin will ban you as you death evaded, broke a rule. The thing is same when we kick HP hacking players, the punishment for both rule breakers is same(2 weeks) & seeing you won't do it again, I decreased your ban time so please stop arguing.

You should consider yourself lucky awaix, if that was an admin who saw you evade that could be resulted a ban but in cool3's condition he  just kicked you instead, as what you complained for multiple times being kicked out it's on moderator/admins discretion to do that in connection with a valid reason, if ever abuse will occur for no valid reason that will be another story, and even you evaded from 30-40 meters still it's considered as evade you can still be killed either a sniper/rpg or m60 perhaps for instance. Denying this.
