Bug of buying rocket

Are you blind to don't see?

There's a bug: You can waste your money only if you buy rocket before spawn.
Don't allow /buyroc unless player is spawned,it is just waste of cash for who isn't familiar with this.

You must be real stupid to buy a rocket on the spawn screen lol.
