how do you guys have that thing where  under you're user that has the pictures attached to it or just a name or something like that

These are for moderators,administration and webmaster etc. You can't get that until you won't get accepted for moderators.!

EDIT: Just saw that it doesn't allow BBC/HTMl code to be there :P

these ranks/badges are for donators, moderators, admins, head-admins, managers, developers/owners as well as web-designer. You need to have any of above ranks to get rank below your name. Simple as that.

That's signature click on profile see on top
Then click on forum profile
Then find a signature box write whatever u want or add image it will be added
