See, Abusing/flamming/insulting is allowed in-game not on forums, the thing is VC:MP is 18+ game but we keep the forums clean for a boundary to be set(discipline) but in-game, there are tons of players abusing/insulting each other in friendly way & inw ar way but if the insulting is done too much in spamming/flamming way then admins can mute players for ruining the main chat with too much abuses, use /report for these minor things.
