Need a little bit help.

Hello guys. I was reinstalling VCMP and this error displayed on my screen:

I was trying to solve a problem after discussing with Mashreq on IRC. He told me to reinstall my VCMP and VC and I did so.
I also installed the microsoft C++ 2010 software but nothing happened. He required 2 dll files and I also installed them but still, I got an error of this:

Please tell me better solution to solve this problem. I'll be very thankful. :)
