If you meant the EC script, it's in squirrel language..
The EC server was scripted in Squirrel language since 2013 and we use it till now..
I've attempted EC in C++( June 2016 ) and i've finished all the basic stuff such as account system and commands but i stopped at July 2016 due to exam and the other reason, such as it's hard to maintain and to find new EC scripter in VCMP if it's in C++. So i think it would be better to stay with the Squirrel plugin as it's official, it's mainly used in vcmp, maintained by dev and easier to use.

I am not sure if there any video about this, i dont think it's necessary. Just read the Squirrel language documentation, vcmp wiki and the released scripts as example/for testing, it's enough to start vcmp server( for learning ). These links could help you:-
