Suggestion for: Server
Your suggestion: Lately lots of people have been using /duel to evade death, whether it's intentional or unintentional.
Either way, I think there should be a radius added for this command to actually work i.e. you can't accept a duel or start a duel when a player from a different skin/opponent's team is within say a 50-70 meter radius.
I think this will reduce a lot of the in/unintentional deathevasions.

or when you use /duel then you need to wait 5 seconds

Or you need to have certain HP to accept duel?
Currently: LG and KTB Admin
Clan History: KTM, CG, ULK, VU, MK, DZ and DnA
Past Experience: EA and Pure DM manager/Admin, Sky-city Admin, XE Moderator and Elite Paradise Admin
Events: Developed EYE event on EA, XAD league referee,Vice War 3,4,6 and VCDC 3 Admin, EYE 3 Admin.

This is something I find feasible as well.

I guess set HP limit for /duel and /acceptduel is enough, as they would need to heal first( which would take 5 sec ) before they can play. It would be a waste of time if we add both, timer( 5 sec ) and HP limit( 5 sec )..

I'll add the HP limit for now, if it doesnt help..we will add timer soon.
