I won't hesitate with this kind of act, unless he will provide a proper evidence in his ban appeal that will convince and assure that you're clean, words wont persuade not even a chance to get this report being denied, as i said just show us the proof if not, see you within a week, as i myself can say there's some suspected speed adjustment happened so better admit it rather than making false arguments.
